Information if your course is being offered on Collaborate. A very small number of our courses are offered on Collaborate. If your course is being offered on Collaborate, below is some information which may help you to get learning! Getting started To start learning a language remotely with us, you will need to familiarise yourself with Collaborate. Find out more by watching an Introduction to Collaborate here. Joining a class Once you've enrolled on one of our courses, you will be sent instructions with details on how to join your class. To join a Collaborate session you will need the following: Strong Internet Access (broadband connection highly recommended if possible) For the best experience, use Google Chrome: Browser Support Headset (recommended) PC/Laptop or mobile device Please note: you will be sent meeting details at least 48 hours in advance of your first class. Participating in a class You will need to join the class with audio and video on your device. You will sent more information before the first class on how the session will run and your tutor will provide guidance throughout the course to allow all participants to fully engage with our remote learning. Technical issues Unfortunately we're unable to provide an individual level of technical support to students that enrol on our remotely taught classes, however you can access detailed Help and Support Information for Collaborate on their website and we would encourage it's use if you need assistance with the platform.
