Taking one of our credit courses can involve learning new study skills, and we offer support for all students to help with studying and assessment. We provide a range of resources on our Centre for Open Learning: Student Information LEARN hub, and we encourage all students writing essays to attend our study skills workshops. The following live study skill sessions are available to attend for credit students. Study Skills: Drop In Sessions Available Please note that no advance preparation is necessary for these sessions, but Lifelong Learning credit students will find it useful to look at the study skills materials provided on the Centre for Open Learning: Student Information LEARN pages. These sessions are in-person. You will receive room details no later than 24 hours before the start of the event Term 1 Study Skills Drop-In Sessions: These study skills workshops are aimed at credit students looking at writing essays. Come along to these drop-in sessions and get support with Essay Writing and Referencing, ask questions and get support for researching, writing and referencing your essay.
