We are based at the Holyrood campus: Centre for Open Learning, University of Edinburgh, Paterson's Land, Holyrood Road, Edinburgh, EH8 8AQ

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (BST). We operate a hybrid working policy, and spend part of the week working remotely. Unless it is an emergency, we ask that you contact us by email. If you need to phone us, we are typically available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. You should call the Holyrood campus reception desk and ask to speak to a member of the COL homestay team: 0131 650 4400. If a member of the team is available, they will connect your call. Alternatively, they make take your details so that we can call you back.
