Holyrood Campus Family Room

The Holyrood Campus Facilities Team is delighted to announce that our brand-new Campus Family Room is now open (as of spring 2026).

Available to all University staff, students and learners who are accompanied by children, the Campus Family Room provides a welcoming space for feeding, changing, or simply taking a break.

Located off the Holyrood Campus Reception in the Old Nursery Building, the Family Room has a maximum capacity of 6 (adults and children combined). The room includes a comfy sofa and chair, changing table and nappy bin, play table with toys and books, a microwave and a fridge for expressed milk.

The Campus Family Room will be open at the following times:

Term time: Monday–Thursday: 08:30–19:30 | Friday: 08:30–17:00

Outside term time: Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
